• Dive Careers work in conjunction with CORE Sea, Centre for Oceanic Research and Education, offering marine ecology education programs.  Research Diver progammes and our reef ecology seminars are great to combine with your Dive Careers Divemaster or Dive Instructor packages to build a thorough knowledge of the marine environment.  This will make you a better dive guide and diving educator. 

• Underwater Videography and Photography courses are great to add to your Dive Careers internship to open up even more employment opportunites.  Our videography internships with Oceans Below, Buddha View will give you the skills and the contacts to work within the industry as an underwater videographer.  

• PADI Dive Instructor Course - IDC - This is a 14 day programme before a three day instructor exam conducted by PADI.  Dive Careers and Mark Soworka maintain the best success rate for instructor training on Koh Tao, Thailand. This comprehensive programme includes teaching techniques, academic, confined water and open water presentations plus reviews of PADI dive theory and standards. All of our IDC candidates are guaranteed success on the course and exam, plus a very successful job placement service.  Our course includes FREE of charge PADI Oxygen Provider Instructor and PADI Marine Resource Management Instructor, plus Enriched Air Diving Instructor. • PADI Divemaster Course - DMT - Our Divemaster internship includes unlimited diving really giving you the chance to develop loads of experience and confidence with leading dives and assisting courses.  A Dive Careers Divemaster internship allows you to immerse yourself in a scucessful and vibrant dive industry.  During your internship we schedule a special ten day programme that guarantees you get a thorough understanding of dive theory, problem solving and dive control.  This programme ensures you get the best dive professional training in Thailand. • PADI Marine Resource Management - FREE - Included in all Dive Careers internships, this reef ecology seminar and dives are tailored towards the dive professional, giving a basic understanding of how the reef works, plus techniques and tips to use when teaching and guiding divers to ensure an interest and concern for reef preservation, plus environmentally aware diver behaviour. 

• PADI Enriched Air Diver - Nitrox - Enriched Air Diving allows you to extend your time by replacing nitrogen with elevated levels of oxygen.  This is a stepping stone to all technical diving.  The Enriched Air course and PADI materials are included with our Dive Careers Internships.  

• PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider Course -  This knowledge and the certification is important to all dive professionals for liabiltiy protection and for finding employment.  Oxygen Provider course and materials are included in all of our Dive internships. 

• Technical Diving Introduction - FREE - Included in our internships is a seminar about technical diving and the chance to try out technical dive gear with a free shallow water session.  It is  chance to orient yourself to a growing part of the dive industry. 

• PADI EFR & Rescue Diver Course - The Rescue and EFR courses develop basic first aid skills plus diver rescue scenarios.  This course really builds confidence as a diver.  We overview diver physiology and oxygen administration, but spend most of the time in the water practicing realistic scenarios to give you the confidence to solve problems for other divers.  Includes Rescue manual, slate and EFR Participant manual.  Prerequisite certification is PADI Advanced or equivalent. 

• PADI Adventure Diver Course - This three dive PADI course will introduce you to different specialties that you can experience as a diver.   From deep diving Chumporn with massive potato cod, to night diving White Rock with barracuda hunting by torchlight this course gives you the chance to see the different types of diving you will be able to pursue during your internship.  This course includes the Adventures in Diving manual and slate.  Prerequisite certificaiton is PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent. 

• PADI Open Water Diver Course - This is your entry level diver course and will take you from your first breaths on SCUBA in the controlled environment of our swimming pool through to four exciting dives on some of Koh Tao's most exciting dive sites.  Buddha View Dive Resort, virtually alone on Koh Tao, give our open water divers an extra shallow water session, working on your buoyancy control in one of the calm bays of Koh Tao.  This ensures that you complete the Open Water Diver course relaxed and confident with your diving.
