Freediving Experiences On Koh Tao, Thailand
Free diving, breath holding or apnea is for people who love the feeling of being underwater
freely without the aid of artificial breathing equipment. You will enter another dimension where
you become one with the serene and tranquil sea.
The Freediver Course is a course that takes you straight into this fascinating sport. You will learn breathing excercises that will take you deeper than you ever expected. Water sessions, theory and safety training included.
This is a 2 Day course, max depth 15 metres. 5,500 Baht
The Advanced Freediver Course is an intensive course that will take you on deeper and longer dives. You will also be introduced to various disciplines in freediving: unassisted, static apnea and monofin. You will also learn advanced breathing and equalization techniques.

Training instructors and competitors. Several Thai and European coaches conduct daily training sessions at Island Muay Thai Sairee Stadium. It is a great way to get fit for both men and women. Builds confidence and strength. Students of Island Muay Thai receive recognised certifications and a membership card that entitles you to use of training facilities, coaches and discounted entry to Island Muay Thai fight events.
Thursday nights are Fight Night on Koh Tao. Island Muay Thai presents high prize money fights featuring professional boxers from around Thailand and the rest of the world. A great night out on Koh Tao with the excitement and exhiliration of a truly cultural experience.
